Healthcare AI Scout : 20 years in nursing

I build healthcare tools to prove what's possible.

Most healthcare tech is built for the 10% of clinicians in hospitals with IT budgets. I build for the other 90%: nurses, aides, secretaries, home health teams. Everything below was designed, built, and shipped by one nurse. Flip through it.

Work with me

The AI Health Audit.

Healthcare companies are being sold AI they cannot evaluate. Founders are building AI that clinicians will never adopt. I sit on both sides of that gap, and I audit it.

01 : I look

I review your workflows the way a nurse actually experiences them: the handoffs, the documentation, the billing, the phone calls nobody maps.

02 : I sort

You get the 2 or 3 problems AI can genuinely solve today, and just as important, the ones it cannot, no matter what the vendor deck says.

03 : You decide

A written roadmap: what to build or buy, in what order, and how to get the people doing the work to actually use it.

Why any of this matters

I am not a startup. I am a nurse who ships. Twenty years of clinical work taught me exactly where healthcare breaks down, and it is almost never where the pitch decks say it does.

Everything on this page exists because I wanted to test an idea against reality instead of arguing about it. Some of it found its audience, like a podcast that reached 10k monthly listens. Some of it failed, like the crypto consulting company I launched two weeks before the 2022 bear market, taking my savings with it. Some of it taught me why adoption in healthcare is the hardest problem in tech. Every lesson was paid for in full.

If you are building in healthcare AI, I can save you months: I know where the real work is, who actually does it, and why the last five tools they were given sit unused.
